For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been a driving force behind the Quinn Group’s success, leading the company’s sales and marketing initiatives, managing government certifications and contracting, and overseeing operations and recruiting.

After serving as Vice President for 22 years, she assumed the role of President in 2024, continuing to guide the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, personalized staffing solutions to government and commercial clients.

Under her leadership, the Quinn Group has expanded its client base, strengthened its government contracting capabilities, and built a reputation for excellence and reliability.

A proud Baltimore native, Jennifer is a graduate of Maryvale Preparatory School and Towson University. She remains actively involved in her community and is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals in the staffing and workforce industry.
